How much does real estate photography cost?
Real estate shoots starts from ₹8,000. The final quote depends on shoot duration, team size, equipment, production requirements, number of deliverables, editing complexity, location and usage requirements.
How soon do we get the photos?
Usually in 2–7 working days, depending on the size of the project and the deliverables.
Can you fly a drone over our project site?
Yes. Where applicable, we assess the location and coordinate the required drone permissions and operational requirements. Drone operations remain subject to local regulations, airspace restrictions, weather and site conditions.
Can the photos be used on hoardings and property portals?
Yes. Commercial clients can use the final delivered content for digital advertising, social media, websites, print, marketing campaigns and outdoor advertising, subject to the usage rights agreed for the project.
Do you shoot under-construction projects?
Yes. We document construction from fixed positions, so each update can be compared with the last. See construction progress photography.
Do you edit photos to look better than reality?
No. We correct perspective, light and colour and remove temporary clutter, but we don’t change the property itself.
