Messages. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you share there.
Website use. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, using cookies.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, plan and deliver your project, issue invoices, and keep records of our work for you. We do not sell your information.
Your consent
By sending the brief form you agree that we may use your details to respond. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, and we will stop using your details except where the law requires us to keep them.
Who we share it with
Service providers who run this website and our email and analytics, only so they can provide those services; and authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are stored in our website and email. We keep them for [ADD: retention period, e.g. 24 months], or longer where needed for a project, invoicing or a legal obligation.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or raise a concern, by writing to connect@thinkmotion.in. We handle requests in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
