Construction time-lapse FAQs
How is a time-lapse project priced?
Time-lapse and project documentation are quoted per project, based on the project duration, the number of viewpoints, how often we capture and the final deliverables.
When will we get the final film?
Delivery is project-dependent and agreed at the start of the project.
How is this different from progress photography?
Progress photography records the site at each visit. A time-lapse turns the whole build into one transformation film. Many projects use both.
Can we use the film for launches and ads?
Yes. Commercial clients can use the final delivered content for digital advertising, social media, websites, print, marketing campaigns and outdoor advertising, subject to the usage rights agreed for the project.
How much advance do you take?
A 50% advance is generally required to confirm the booking and block the shoot date. The balance is collected as per the agreed payment schedule.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. GST invoices are provided for applicable projects and for businesses that need formal billing.
