We typically need the shoot date, location, schedule, scope of work, required deliverables, brand guidelines, reference material and a key contact person. For larger productions we also coordinate the shot list, production requirements, access permissions and other logistics in advance.

Commercial projects are quoted on shoot duration, team size, equipment, production requirements, number of deliverables, editing complexity, location and usage requirements. We send a customised quotation once we understand the project scope.

A 50% advance is generally required to confirm the booking and block the shoot date. The balance is collected as per the agreed payment schedule.

Raw, unedited files are not included by default. We deliver professionally selected and edited photographs and videos. Raw files can be discussed separately for specific commercial requirements.

Our standard video projects include up to 2 rounds of reasonable revisions. Major changes to the approved concept, additional shoot requirements or substantial restructuring may be charged separately.

Yes. GST invoices are provided for applicable projects and for businesses that need formal billing.

Yes. We take on projects across Pune, Mumbai and other cities in India. Travel and accommodation charges may apply depending on the location, shoot duration and project requirements, and are discussed and confirmed before the project.
